If you are having trouble finding the right options in your cPanel area to install and activate SSL/HTTPs:
- Make sure your hosting solution includes SSL certs
- Contact your web hosting and ask them if it needs to be done manually
- Make sure you have a dedicated IP address for the domain, on which you are trying to enable HTTPs (most reputed SSL providers ask you to have dedicated IP)
- Try WHM instead of cPanel to activate SSL
- Make sure you see all the necessary options when you click on SSL/TLS Manager (as per screenshot below). This may vary based on the version of cPanel you are using.
